In my previous company, we were very strong followers of SCRUM. I personally feel that SCRUM is a brilliant tool to manage and delivery projects but its benefits are sometimes not understood as people can get too caught up with its practices and try to implement it too strictly.
I found this video by Axosoft which in my opinion is one of the best introductions to SCRUM I have seen, its simple and clear.
